1. Service Description

We provide chauffeur-driven car rental services for local, outstation, corporate, and personal travel needs. All bookings include a licensed driver provided by us.

2. Eligibility

  1. Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  2. All information provided at the time of booking must be true and accurate.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking

  1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents.
  2. Advance booking is recommended to ensure vehicle availability.

3.2 Payment Options

We accept:

  1. PhonePe
  2. UPI
  3. Credit/Debit Cards
  4. Wallets
  5. Net Banking

3.3 PhonePe Payments

  1. When using PhonePe, you also agree to their terms and conditions.
  2. We do not store your payment credentials.
  3. Booking is confirmed only after full or partial advance payment, as specified at the time of booking.

4. Service Usage

  • The vehicle will be operated only by our assigned professional driver.
  • The customer is not allowed to drive the vehicle.
  • Smoking, drinking, and carrying illegal substances in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Any delays caused by the customer may be chargeable.

5. Tariffs and Extra Charges

  1. Charges are based on duration (hourly/daily) and distance (km)

  2. Extra charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond grace period
  • Night-time travel (typically after 10 PM)
  • Toll, parking, interstate taxes (unless included)
  • Additional distance or hours not covered in the booking

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds for PhonePe or other digital payments will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Driver and Safety

  • All drivers are verified, licensed, and trained.
  • Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect.
  • The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen incidents.
  • The driver has the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or if the customer is intoxicated, abusive, or violates the law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or delay.
  • Valuables left in the vehicle are the customer's responsibility. But if found we will return it safely.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown or accident, we will provide a replacement vehicle or full refund, subject to availability.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply from the time of posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharastra. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thane.
